Harley J. McClellan is an associate at the Richmond law firm of Christian & Barton, L.L.P., where she assists clients with general litigation matters, including contract and business tort disputes. Harley maintains an active VFOIA practice. She is chair of the Virginia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Pro Bono Committee and a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee. Harley holds degrees from Washington & Lee University School of Law and the University of Texas.
