Annual Conference Meeting Minutes,  December 6, 2013

Williamsburg Community Building, Williamsburg, VA  

The meeting convened at 12:45 by President Craig Fifer.

He welcomed VCOG members and identified the nominees to the board: Christopher Gatewood and Brian Eckert. Their nominations were seconded and the members unanimously elected them to the board. 

Fifer next identified Paul Fletcher, who was appointed by the board to fill out the remainder of a vacated seat over the summer. A motion by the members to elect him to the board was seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
