VCOG board member Harry Hammitt (center), publisher of Access Reports, served as both moderator and panelist discussing the interaction between state access laws and three federal laws restricting access (FERPA, HIPAA and DPPA). Joining him was Virginia FOI Advisory Council Executive Director Maria Everett (left) and VCOG board member Tonda Rush, head of American PressWorks.
